*New* Loyalty Reward Program & Volume Discount Incentive
Due to the increase in business we have had to make some adjustments on our Loyalty Discount Program as keeping track of the discounts was no longer a simple task. We have now changed the name to the Loyalty Reward Program. Each dollar spent (after discounts and before taxes and shipping) is equivalent to 1 reward point. 1 point = $0.05. *Referrals will also be paid in points effective immediately.* ONLY PURCHASES VIA THE WEB STORE QUALIFY FOR POINTS!
Reward Points Scheme:
Account Sign up: 50 pts (for existing customers I will be depositing 50 points into each of your accounts).
Referrals: 1 point for every dollar spent on a new customers initial order. Plus if they use the referred by email address field you will receive an additional 25pts when they sign up for an account.
Reviews: 5pts for every product review.
Points are valid on:
Sale and clearance priced items purchased through the web store.
Regular priced items purchased through the web store.
Points are NOT valid on:
specially priced items (items priced differently than what the website shows).
special order items or discounted pre-orders (such as Herbarie or Natures Garden pre-orders).
Points Redemption:
There is no minimum balance needed for points redemption. You may accumulate points as long as you wish and redeem as many or as little you wish at any given time. They do not expire. Points have no cash value and can only be used to purchase products in the CfE Inc web store.
Please Note: At this time our shopping cart only gives points on the lowest quantity item, after payment they will be manually adjusted. We are working on an automatic process for this.
Volume Discount Incentive
Because we want to be fair to our local customers, we have removed the free shipping incentive and replaced it with our Volume Discount Incentive. Every order over $300 (after points redemption, before shipping and GST) receives an additional 5% off their entire online purchase (special order and surplus items do not count towards the $300).
