Store Policies (Effective January 11, 2010)
We do not have any type of minimum purchase policy. No order is too small for us to fill.
All Canada Post orders that we receive via on-line ordering, email, or phone by 11:00 a.m. Tuesday we will do our best to ship by Friday.
Orders placed prior to Friday 11:00am will be shipped out Tuesdays. Please note that under normal circumstances we are able to follow this time line,
but we do not guarantee it. Orders being shipped via Greyhound or UPS will go out the day they are done being processed (normally within 48 hours).
During the busy season, (September 1-Dec 20) orders may require a 2-3 day shipping delay due to the volume of orders that we process.
We do not charge any type of handling fees. You pay exactly the shipping charges for the actual weight of your merchandise.
Sometimes our shopping cart calculates the wrong shipping cost. In this event Creations from Eden Inc will either refund the difference or send an invoice for the added cost.
We do not Back Order Merchandise. If we receive an order that has items which are out of stock , we will contact you via email to let you know what
we are out of stock of, and we will credit your credit card or PayPal account for the amount of the out of stock merchandise. All out of stock items will
have to be reordered. Please note that our website inventory levels must be manually adjusted and sometimes are not updated to reflect our actual inventory levels.
Orders are filled on a first-come first served basis. If you need an order rushed, a fee of $15.00 will be applied to bump it to the front of the line.
Any add-ons to orders must be received online prior to 6pm on the day of the original order.
Any add-ons received after that time will push your original order to be filled in the order that the add-on would be filled.
Otherwise, each order will be treated as separate orders and processed on a first-come first served basis.
Order Cancellations: Orders (and individual items) cancelled after they have been filled will be charged a 20% restocking fee. This will also apply to failed pickups.
Missed pickup appointments (without warning) will be subject to a $10.00 rescheduling fee. If Creations from Eden Inc misses your appointment time, we will credit your account $10.00.
Processing and pickups required, not within our regularly scheduled time frames, are subject to a $20 "Family Interruption" Fee. Being that we are a home-based business we must implement this rule to balance our family and business life.
All sales are final. We recommend that you try sample sizes first. For sanitary reasons, we cannot take items back nor resell most of our products.
We also do not offer any type of exchanges. Creations from Eden Inc is not responsible for any products or equipment you used when making your products.
We will not reimburse customers for raw ingredients used in finished products. If a product is defective, we will provide a prompt refund.
All Canadian customers pay GST.
