Shipping:

Shipping Methods: All orders are shipped via Canada Post, Greyhound (choose pick up and indicate you would like Greyhound in the comment field) or UPS. This includes $100 shipping insurance and delivery confirmation (tracking). Essential Oils, Fragrance Oils and cleansers cannot be shipped via airmail, so please keep this in mind when choosing your shipping option. If you select air (Express, Priority) as your shipping method when checking out, we will still ship expedited. Generally heavy orders are most cost effective when shipped via UPS or Greyhound. Please note: We always check for the best rates and will notify you of a more cost effective method prior to sending out your order if you choose a more costly method.

International and USA Orders: We do ship internationally, however due to the nature of some items; we cannot ship these to every country. All international orders will be shipped via UPS. If you are unsure whether an item is restricted (or regulated) please contact your proper border authority prior to placing your order. We will not accept liability for items seized at the border. We reserve the right to not ship to some countries or regions we feel are risky. To set up an international account (other than the USA) on our website please email us.

All customs, brokerage and duty charged are the responsibility of the recipient.

Dangerous Goods: Being that sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide and denatured alcohol are hazardous substances we can only ship these items via UPS or Greyhound. These items cannot be shipped to the USA.

Pick Up Orders :

Please email Randi to make arrangements to pick up your order. A half hour time allotment will be provided within the time frames below. As of September 1, 2010, our hours are changing to the following:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 10am – 12pm and 4:30pm to 7pm.

Thursday: 9:30am to 3pm.

We are closed Tuesdays, Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays for family activities. Please remember this is a home based business and we need to balance company and family activities.

Please note: returned phone calls and credit card payment arrangements will also be made Monday, through Friday, with the exception of Tuesday prior to 3pm. (We have small children and the hours above are when they are either at day home or in preschool and we can actually carry a conversation on the phone. Parents, you know what I mean. ~ Randi).

Payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Accepted payment methods include Cash (see below), cheque (see below), Canadian money order, Visa, MasterCard, Hyperwallet and PayPal. If you are a Servus Credit Union member we will also accept a bank transfer.

All new customers wishing to pay by cash or cheque, must provide Creations from Eden Inc with a valid Visa or MasterCard number prior to order processing. If supplying a credit card number, we will process your card in the event your order is not picked up on the date and time scheduled in accordance with policies 8, 9 and 10 on our policies page.

International customers must pay via PayPal or Hyperwallet in Canadian funds.

Note: Creations from Eden Inc reserves the right to not release or ship orders until payment clears. Depending on your location or payment method, this can take up to 3 weeks time.
